Our first guest, Hugo Araujo, from Chicago, IL, associated with Coldwell Banker back in 2017, and stated that he needed leads, and coaching to help build his business.
He came to Coldwell Banker from another brokerage where he was closing around a million in production yearly, and over 3 years with our leads program, coaching, and the great tools and leadership at Coldwell Banker, closed out 2020 with 12M in sales!
Hugo is an example of the "ideal" lead’s agent, who understands speed to lead, working every opportunity that comes his way, does not cherry pick, and works a larger geographic area.
Hugo looks at every person that he meets as an opportunity to build his sphere, through the lifetime of referrals each lead will bring.
As I look back over the past few years, I affectionately remember Hugo asking how far Naperville, IL, a suburb outside of the downtown Chicago Market…I said only about 25 miles and Hugo said have opportunity, will travel!
....and there my friends was the beginning of a journey to a 12M dollar production 3 years after his association.
