22 years ago, I changed careers to Wholesale Residential Lending. This change came with the birth of my first of 3 kids, so that I could be home every night with my family. 

Since that change, my career includes Wholesale and Retail Lending, Self-employed entrepreneur of my own Mortgage and Real Estate Company, Real Estate Agent, Mortgage Loan Originator, Managing Broker, Director and Real Estate Coach. 

Coaching is one of the most rewarding takeaways and it started long ago as a football coach for my boys. The lessons learned there were far more important and told me a lot more about relationships and about myself that helped form the coach I am today. 

Although having many accreditations helped educate me on a lot of topics in the real estate and mortgage business, the biggest education is about building lasting relationships,  and keeping a positive mindset through adversity leading to a positive happy and healthy life.

 

I have been in Real Estate going on 30 years. I started my career in 1992 right out of college. My experience includes my time as Vice President of Sales of a National New Home Builder, and a top producing agent with Zip Realty & Coldwell Banker and my current role as a Realogy Leads Director .

As a Director with Realogy Web Leads, I enjoy developing real estate agents, helping them with their personal capabilities, interpersonal skills and capacities at every level so they can achieve what they need to accomplish to reach their personal success.

I hold a Brokers licensed in Florida, Georgia, Illinois & Puerto Rico. I am also an advisory board member of my local associations Global Council & Nar.

As a 24-year veteran of the real estate industry. My experience includes my time as a top producing agent, award winning sales manager and my current role as a passionate, innovative agent coach.

In my current role as a Director with Realogy Web Leads, I enjoy coaching real estate agents from all over the country who work with our lead sources in one on one and group settings.
